Reiki Treatments
In Person 60 mins - $120
Reiki Treatment to cleanse and clear any stuck or stagnant energy. This treatment will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and centred.

Distance Reiki 60 mins - $70
Reiki is not bound by our ideas of time and space and therefore can be effective even if we are not in direct physical proximity. Distance Reiki is a great option if there are difficulties getting to my treatment space or if you would just feel more comfortable being in your own space.

Yoga Tuition
60 mins - $90
Are you wanting to try yoga but feel too intimidated to jump straight in to a class? Or do you maybe have specific issues that you have heard yoga could help with but don't know where to start? Whatever age or ability you are, this yoga session will be completely focused on accessing the best possible results for your specific needs and wants.

I am also available for private group bookings or corporate events.

Meditation isn't just sitting and thinking of nothing, there are so many powerful practices that I can guide you through and help you to create a practice that you will enjoy and see huge real life benefits from.
